Luke talks to us about his experience of racing in the two covid secure meets at Manchester and that 200m Backstroke swim that helped him break James Goddard's 11 year old British Record!!

We also talk about his strategy heading into British Trials, given that he has already been selected for Tokyo, his Olympic expectations, and some Backstroke tips and advice for all!!
