Our way of life that has become routine and ordinary is one of the biggest contributors to our societal degradation. The only way to fix this issue is for each of us to act, and that starts with setting the example. In this episode I sat down with Jason and Iris Gardner, and they exemplify such an example. Very raw emotion from both about life experiences, the horrors of combat, sexual assault, and the positives we can all draw and learn from with those experiences.
