Bernardo sings in a Saturday evening Satsang at Yoga Vidya in Bad Meinberg the "Om Tryambakam" Mantra:
Om Tryambakam Yajāmahe
Sugandhim Pushtivardhanam
Urvārukamiva Bandhanān
Mrityor Mukshīya Māamritāt (3x)
This Mantra is the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, the great life-giving mantra. It is sung as Healing Mantra and as Peace Mantra in Yoga Vidya at the end of Satsang. The Om Tryambakam can also be sung for deceased, for protection from accidents. It is also a Moksha Mantra that leads to liberation.
