Welcome to episode 241 of the Löw Tide Böyz - A Swimrun Podcast! In this episode we share our fourth race report of the year for ÖTILLÖ Casco Bay. This was our fifth time racing the long course/World Series distance. It was also our twentieth Swimrun as a team! It was an amazing weekend in Portland, all things considered, and we can’t wait to share our experience at America’s original Swimrun with all of you.
