Welcome to episode 239 of the Löw Tide Böyz - A Swimrun Podcast! In this show we share our race recap for the 2024 edition of TBF Racing’s Folsom Swimrun. We raced the short and long courses and had a ton of fun participating in the only Swimrun race in California. The positive vibes were high and it was great to see this event keep growing year over year.
