In his first at-bat of the season, Ronny Mauricio delivered a walk-off hit and the New York Mets completed the comeback for a 4-3 win, their fourth straight.
It was a cold, cold day in New York. The Mets jumped out to an early 2-0 lead against Zac Gallen and the D-backs, but Freddy Peralta couldn't get out of the fifth inning and the D-backs took back the lead.
Another 8th inning rally by the Mets tied it up at 3 and after scoreless outings from Devin Williams and Luke Weaver, Ronny Mauricio delivered the walk-off it.
It'll be another afternoon and cold day in Queens as the Mets will go for five in a row and David Peterson will look to heat back up.
