In what felt like a continuation of last night's win, the New York Mets stay hot offensively to beat the San Francisco Giants, 9-0. 

The Mets took advantage of some misplays in the field early to jump out to a 3-0 lead. And then, in the 5th inning, blew the game open with a five run frame capped off by a pinch-hit 3-run HR by Tyrone Taylor. 

We also can't forget about Clay Holmes, who became the first Met to pitch into the 7th inning this season and he was excellent tonight leading the way for the Mets to secure their first shutout of 2026.
