The San Francisco Giants got the bats going in a big way tonight, tallying 13 hits and plating 7 runs as they beat down the New York Mets 7-2 for their first win at Oracle Park this season. Daniel Susac delivered a 3-3 night with a walk in his first MLB start, and four other Giants had multi-hit games. Robbie Ray battled through 5.1 innings on the mound, striking out seven and holding the New York Mets to just two runs. Blade Tidwell, who was recalled from Sacramento prior to tonight's game, got a little bit of revenge tonight as he recorded his first MLB save, which came against his former team.
