Justin Verlander was pretty good today as he gave the San Francisco Giants five innings of one-run ball, but multiple boneheaded blunders in the field and on the basepaths ensured yet another loss. Willy Adames, one of the few bright spots for the team right now, hit his 16th home run of the season in the losing effort.
