The San Francisco Giants had just about the worst start to the second half possible, as they were swept in their three-game series against the Toronto Blue Jays after falling today 8-6 at Rogers Centre. Robbie Ray had his worst start of the entire season and surrendered five runs over 4.1 innings of work. The San Francisco Giants offense was, for the most part, pretty good today. But the lack of quality pitching doomed them from the start.
