Kate Flannery is the author of the new memoir Strip Tees about her experience working at the hottest fashion brand of the early 2000s, American Apparel. There she found herself in what was similar to many cults,  where lots of young women were not only working for but also sleeping with the boss knowing it was not monogamous.
