Naté is a wife and mother of 5 who tries to find time to juggle it all, while balancing family life and professional life. She is proud to share her story on how she shed over “100 pounds” and created her own journey towards becoming a better version of herself. This led Naté to continue her education and earning a certification in Health, Wellness, and Recreation then opening the door to certifications in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching. Currently, Natéoperates New Journey Wellness, primarily specializing in Summer Boot Camps as well as personal training and nutritional coaching.
