Lizzi Smith is a 2x Paralympian and 3x medalist from the United States. Most recently, at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic games, she captured silver in the 100 Fly (S9). Lizzi was born without her left arm due to amniotic band syndrome. 
She trains in Austin, Texas with 3x Olympic gold medalist Ian Crocker.
