Kelsi Dahlia is a professional swimmer from the United States. She has been training at the University of Louisville for the last 10 years. She is a member of the Cali Condors of the International Swimming League. In the ISL Final, Kelsi broke the 100 SCM Fly World Record (54.59).At Louisville, she won the 100 and 200 Fly at NCAA's in back to back years (2015, 2016). Kelsi has been a relay monster for Team USA.
