This episode is my conversation with the one and only Des Linden. We recorded this live at the Bayshore Marathon Weekend in Traverse City, Michigan at the historic City Opera House. This was such a fun event and I was so grateful to sit down with Des for this live show!Des does not really need an introduction here, I don’t think, but in case you don’t know Des, she is a two -time Olympian and she’s the 2018 Boston Marathon champion. She’s the author of the book, Choosing to Run. She’s run for Brooks for forever, pretty much. If I’ve got my stats right, I think she’s run 28 marathons. She’s run 11 Boston marathons.
