Akeem Haynes is a 2012 and 2016 Olympian. At the 2016 Olympics, he became a Bronze medalist in the 4x100m. He also competed in the 100m. He is from Jamaica and moved to Canada at age 7 so he competed for Team Canada.Akeem is a motivational speaker, an author, and has 2 podcasts of his own. He brought all the motivation today!
