Tyler Green is on the show today! Tyler just placed second at the Western States Endurance Run. In this episode, he shares all about that experience and he also talks about all the things that he did leading up to the race that he believes helped him both physically and mentally have a strong race and a big breakthrough. In 2019, he was 14th at Western States, so this year was a big breakthrough!Tyler has run the fastest known time (FKT) on the Lost Coast Trail, Wonderland Trail, Timberline Trail, Loowit Trail and more! Tyler has also won the Black Canyon 100, Cascade Crest 100, and Bandera 100k.
