At age nine, Brandi Kelly started drinking. Growing up in a chaotic household, Brandi’s struggles with sobriety started early. At one point, she found herself dating a Hell’s Angel biker and living in Las Vegas… and her drinking got so bad he kicked her out. Brandi’s life, from her job as a bartender to her lifestyle as a fitness athlete, suffered.
Today, she is the Sober Bartender, happily married, a podcast host, and the subject of this enthralling episode. She and Kelly bond over their experiences with (and decision to kick) alcohol, and share perspectives that you can only find with sobriety.
