This week I gave myself a pep talk I so desperately needed. Since I'm in the process of cleaning out and decluttering before moving I thought this was the perfect moment to talk about a clean out of your space and why it's so important. Not only are we physically affected by out environment but we're also mentally very affected by our surroundings. So, I talk about having a game plan for cleaning out your space, giving yourself enough time and energy to devote to it, etc. I also talk about how decluttering your life in every aspect can be beneficial.
