In this episode we’ll get the chance to meet the strong women of the IDF, hear about the experiences and beliefs of the first ever female Battalion Commander in the Artillery Corps. We’ll see the first female Combat Doctor in the Paratroopers Brigade in action commanding a team of male Combat Medics, learn how women encourage other women with an IMPACT! Graduate (now donor) and be empowered by a special message from the IDF advisor to the Chief of Staff on gender affairs. These inspiring commanders and courageous soldiers break through the glass ceiling and prove every day that gender doesn’t matter – it’s the person that makes the job what it is.
