ClevelandMoto needed a new mechanic and Phil made the offer to Tom years ago...well, I guess Tom finally had enough of New Orleans and after a logistics mission that would have impressed the Pentagon...Tom is officially part of the ClevelandMoto team and we're Super-Stoked to have him.
