Time for some rugby. It may be weird resuming a rugby season in the middle of August, but we've got some Welsh derbies to preview! Ged is joined by Steffan Thomas to look ahead to Scarlets v Cardiff Blues and Ospreys v Dragons. As well as looking at the games, we'll be assessing the squads, gauging their strengths and weaknesses as well as examining the overall state of Welsh rugby.
