It takes a lot of determination and hard work to swim at the Olympics, when you don't have a 50m pool to train in!

That's just part of the story for Angelika Ouedraogo from Burkina Faso in West Africa, who has represented her country at 3 x Olympic Games and now studies and swim masters in the US.

We chatted about all this and much more in this episode. I loved hearing about Angelika's outlook on masters swimming and the joy she has in racing and continuing to look for ways to improve.
