On today's podcast, I sat down and chatted with Canadian Masters swimmer - Dr Lynn Marshall.

Lynn is an inspirational swimmer, whose swimming journey has taken her through multiple FINA WR swims, induction into the International Masters Swimming Hall of Fame, and most notably, an amazing recovery from a terrifying cycling accident, and a return to top level masters swimming after recovery from those injuries.

We talked about all these things, plus Lynn's amazing training schedule, and what she finds works for her with preparation for racing.
